Your story has a place here.

Journey to Share is a gentle space to pause, write, and encourage one another in faith. You can join at Barton Library in El Dorado or from home on Zoom. You are welcome to listen, and sharing is always your choice.

How might you join us?
In person at Barton Library

Gatherings are planned at Barton Library in El Dorado, Arkansas. The next date will be shared once the room is confirmed.

A simple rhythm

What happens in a circle

There is no pressure to write perfectly or tell your whole story. A basic journal will be supplied at Barton Library gatherings. If you join on Zoom, bring a journal or paper of your own.

  1. Welcome

    We begin with a brief welcome and a reminder to respect one another’s privacy.

  2. Write

    A guided question gives us about five minutes of quiet journaling.

  3. Share or pass

    Anyone may share a little of what they wrote. Passing is always okay.

  4. Reflect

    When time allows, we take a second prompt and make space for encouragement.

  5. Close

    We end gently with a faith-centered reflection, Scripture, or prayer.

A note on privacy: Please keep other people’s stories within the circle. Zoom gatherings are not recorded, and we ask everyone to avoid screenshots.

Signing up expresses interest. We’ll share confirmed details before a gathering.

In person

Barton Library

El Dorado, Arkansas. A basic journal will be supplied. The meeting day is still being arranged around the library’s room schedule. Sign up to hear when the next gathering is confirmed.

Online

Zoom recovery circle

Planned for Fridays at 7:00 p.m. Central. Sign up for the confirmed meeting details and private Zoom link. The link is shared directly with interested participants.

Between gatherings

The Journey to Share email group

Our Groups.io community is an ongoing email conversation, separate from the live Zoom circle. Members can share where they are on their journey with God and encourage one another.
